For Conference Hall (25 Seating Capacities): –

1.  Rs. 4,000-00 for Half Day (09:00am to 01:00pm) (02:00pm to 06:00pm)
2. Rs. 6,000-00 for Full Day (09:30am to 05:30pm)
3. Rs. 1,500-00 will be charged extra for booking time after 05:30pm.
4. Rs. 1,000/- will be charged extra for common space usage (Lunch/Dinner).

Note:

1.  Confirmation will be 15 days before.
2. Rs. 20,000/- will be refundable deposit by cheque at the time of booking. 3. Cancellation policy will be decided by GEZIA.
3. 25% discount applicable to GEZIA members. (Only those members whose any due is not pending at the time of booking)
4. Outside food, tea/coffee, cold drink and water bottles are not allowed inside the Auditorium Hall.
5. If any damage found, the damage cost will be recovered from the deposit and the balance amount if any, returned within 7 days from the booking date.
